Deerly Beloved: Family Photos

After my foray into modeling didn't end so great at the beach, I decided to stick with simple smiles during our family portrait time.  We asked our family to arrive an hour before the ceremony was set to start so we could get all of these photos done before the wedding- and it worked out great for a number of reasons we will get to next post.

Before we actually got to family photos, Mr Elk and I took a few more photos of just the two of us- I was sort of obsessed with having photos of my being dipped, and I love these!

There are way too many photos from our family portraits, so I'll give you guys a quick highlights version:

And just because I'm obsessed with my bouquet, and you guys seemed interested in it last post, I figured I'd spice up family photos with another bouquet closeup:

While things were all smiles on the grassy knoll where we were taking pictures, things were a little more hectic over by the ceremony location.... but we'll get to that in a minute.
